How TIFA Fire fits together
A core assessment product, optional modules for running an assessment business, and a separate product for fire and rescue services, all on one platform.
Where things stand
TIFA Fire is in development. Each part on this page is labelled so you can see what you can try today and what is still being designed.
- Shown in the demo
- You can use it in the interactive demo with sample data.
- In design
- Specified and being designed. Not in the demo yet.
- Proposed
- An integration we plan to build. Nothing connects today.
- Later
- A possible future workflow. Not part of the launch.
Core modules
Everything needed to produce a fire risk assessment. These can be used on their own.
- Shown in the demo
Fire risk assessment
Assessments against your template, from creation to approval.
- Shown in the demo
Evidence management
Voice notes, photos and documents, tagged to locations and kept unchanged.

AI assistants, each with a defined job
AI in TIFA Fire is a set of narrow assistants. Each one has defined inputs, defined outputs and a person who approves what it produces. None of them can approve, issue or decide anything.
| Assistant | Works from | Produces | Approved by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inspection assistant | Works from: Spoken observations | Produces: Transcripts and evidence items tagged to a location | Approved by: The assessor confirms on the phone |
| Document assistant | Works from: Logbooks, certificates, drawings, previous reports | Produces: Extracted dates, categories and references, labelled as from a document | Approved by: The assessor accepts each item |
| Drafting assistant | Works from: The evidence for one assessment and your template | Produces: Draft wording with a source on every finding, and suggested actions | Approved by: Every finding reviewed, then the report approved |
| Quality assistant | Works from: The draft, the evidence and the template | Produces: Flags for gaps, contradictions and uncertain sources | Approved by: The assessor resolves each flag |
| Administration assistant | Works from: Bookings, issued reports, client records | Produces: Draft emails, appointment updates and draft invoices | Approved by: A person sends each one |
| Action assistant | Works from: Action plans and updates from clients | Produces: Summaries of progress and lists of follow-up work | Approved by: An assessor verifies completion |
- Draft wording only uses evidence recorded for that assessment.
- Uncertainty is kept. Reported information is labelled as reported.
- Risk ratings and priorities are set by the assessor, never suggested as fact.
- Original recordings and photos are never altered.
One connected record
Every part of the work links to the rest, so a finding can be traced from the report back to the photo, and forward to the action and the invoice.
Integrations
Planned so firms can keep the tools they already use.
- Microsoft 365: Outlook mail and calendarsProposed
- Google Workspace calendarsProposed
- Zoho CRMProposed
- Xero, QuickBooks and SageProposed
- Fire and rescue case management systems such as Civica CFRMISProposed
Later: other property inspections
The same platform could support other inspections that property owners need, each with its own competent professionals, methods and documents. None of these is part of the launch.
