CRM and bookings
Run an assessment business from the first enquiry to the paid invoice, with each client’s details entered once and used everywhere.
These modules are optional. If you already use a CRM or accounting system, the assessment module works on its own.
One job, start to finish
Follow The Old Mill Business Centre, a sample enquiry, through the system. Every screen below shows the same connected data.
Step 1: An enquiry arrives
A website form, an email or a phone call creates an enquiry with the contact, premises and building details. It appears in the pipeline straight away.Step 2: Quote from your price list
Lines are built from your rates for the building type and size. Dates are offered from the assessor diaries, so the client can choose one when they accept.
Step 3: Book and assign
An accepted quote becomes a booking in the right assessor’s diary. Provisional holds are shown until confirmed. Reviews are scheduled alongside site visits.Step 4: Visit, draft and review
The assessment is created with the client and premises already filled in. See how assessments work.
Step 5: Prepare the invoice
Issuing a report prepares the invoice against the accepted quote. You check it and send it when you choose, or export it to your accounts package.Step 6: Keep the client record
Contacts, premises, assessments, invoices and every email sent are kept on the client. Portal access is managed here too.
Step 7: Follow up remedial actions
See open, overdue, reported and verified actions across every client, and send reminders in bulk.Step 8: Renew before it falls due
Review dates from issued reports trigger reminders and draft quotes, so repeat work doesn’t depend on someone remembering.
