Client portal

Give each client one place for their premises, reports and action plans, presented under your firm’s name.

What your client sees

Responsible persons and their managing agents log in to a portal branded as your firm.

Premises overview

Each building with its current risk rating, the date of the last assessment and when the next review is due.

Reports and documents

Every issued report and earlier version to download, plus certificates and records uploaded against actions.

The action plan

Each action with its priority, owner, target date and status, linked to the evidence from the assessment.

Assessment history

Previous assessments for each premises, so changes from year to year are easy to see.

Reported complete and verified are different things

A client or contractor can say a job is done and upload proof. That is shown as reported complete. It only becomes verified when an assessor has checked the evidence or seen the work.

Reported complete. The contractor uploaded a service certificate. The action stays separate from verified until the assessor checks it.
Verified by assessor. The client uploaded a photo of the cleared plant room. The assessor checked it and noted it for the next visit.

Each action carries its evidence

Every action links back to the photos and notes from the assessment, so the person fixing it can see exactly what was found and where.

  • Before and after photos side by side.
  • Certificates and records uploaded against the action they answer.
  • A timeline showing who did what and when.
  • Reminders to owners as target dates approach.

Clients see their own premises only. Your firm controls who has access and what each contact can change.
