This page explains how the TIFA Fire website handles personal information. It covers the website only, not the TIFA Fire product.

What this website collects

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask you to create an account.

The demo request form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to us. If you send that email, we receive what you chose to include, such as your name, organisation, email address and phone number.

The interactive demo runs in your browser with fictional sample data. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or saved.

How we use your details

• To reply to your request and arrange a demo or conversation.
• To keep a record of that correspondence.

We don’t sell your details or share them for marketing.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing michael@tifa.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Photography

Photographs on this website are licensed stock images from Pexels and do not show real TIFA Fire customers or premises. People, organisations and premises named in product screens and films are fictional.
